A SUPPLIES CONTRACT FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSERVATION EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR BOTSWANA NATIONAL ARCHIVES AND RECORDS SERVICES

• TEBDER OFFERS ARE INVITED from suppliers local/international for the provision of conservationequipment and materials to be used for document repair and conservation.
• The Procuring Entity is Botswana National Archives and Records Services.
• Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be licensed to trade and be in possesion of the following categories:

- Certified copy of a valid and certified Tax Clearance Certificate issued by Botswana Unified Revenue Services (BURS)
- Certified Share Certificate for Shareholders
- Certified copies of Omang for Shareholders

• The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is Botswana National Archives and Records Services Headquarters, corner/Parliment Drive, Government Enclave, Supplies Office, First Floor. The time and date for collection of Tender Documents is 0800 hours to 1245 hours and from 1400 hours to 1600 effective 27th March, 2015 o 27th April, 2015
